the art of Korean bbq

Tonight we cooked our own supper at Toraji, in Ebisu. The boys did much of the work, and managed not to get hurt.

We grilled two kinds of beef, which T and I wrapped in romaine lettuce. We also grilled some vegetables (mushrooms, red peppers, onions, slices of pumpkin) and the waiter brought us each a bowl of rice. We also had this savory pancake that looked and tasted like okonomiyaki but was called something else.
